Renowned and award-winning filmmaker, cinematographer and director, Clarence Peters explains the anatomy behind a scene. In the practical session, he divides the participants into teams to recreate a scene in his upcoming TV Series, “Inside Life”. He breaks down each of the teams performances, focusing on the elements that worked and their technical use of lighting and camera manipulation. This is the second installation in this three-part masterclass series titled, “Unorthodox Filmmaking”.

Clarence Peters

Clarence A Peters is a renowned and award-winning filmmaker, cinematographer, director and the CEO of Capital Dream Pictures, a production company that specializes in performing art and film making. He has directed over 1000 videos and counting, garnering critical acclaim nationally and internationally for his role in shaping the entertainment industry. Clarence has directed music videos across an array of genres and generations for popular recording artists including: Darey, Durella, Wizkid, Falz, BankyW, Tiwa Savage and a host of others. He has also directed and produced several short thriller/horror series. He studied Cinematography at City Varsity, Cape Town, South Africa.
