As the founder of the Business of Photography Conference, Kola Oshalusi has spent years helping creatives understand the financial and strategic side of their craft. In this candid conversation, he shared how his own journey led him to this passion—teaching photographers how to sustain their careers beyond just artistry. But beyond business, Kola opened up about the darker side of creative work—his struggles with stress, experiencing a breakdown from overworking, and the painful realization of missing out on key moments in his children’s lives.
