Akin Alabi
Akin Alabi is a seasoned award-winning filmmaker with over 20 years’ experience in pro videography in Nigeria. He is a director, writer, actor and cinematographer who has created award-winning music videos, tv commercials and movies. His creative input in the music video space in Nigeria for almost 2decades helped lay the foundation for the success in the afrobeat genre today. Akin Alabi is self-taught filmmaker and graduate of Business Administration from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria. He is also the convener of Camera & Lighting Masterclass with Akin Alabi which has been empowering aspiring filmmakers across Nigeria for over 10 years.
