Jan Hendrik van der Westhuizen is the first South African chef to have obtained a Michelin star. He is also a photographer, stylist, publisher, and entrepreneur – so you can catch him behind a camera almost as often as in his restaurant kitchens on the French Riviera or in the Kalahari.
